Mailtric Documentation

Mailtric is a free WordPress email log and analytics plugin. It records every email sent via wp_mail(), gives you delivery insights, offers one-click resends, and includes SMTP and deliverability tools so you can trust the emails leaving your site.

Everything is included

There is no pro version or feature locking. Full logging, analytics, resend, SMTP, deliverability checks, cleanup tools, and role-based access controls are all free.

Settings at a glance

  • General – Failure notifications and delete data on uninstall.
  • SMTP – Enable SMTP with host, port, authentication, encryption, From Email, and From Name.
  • Headers – Reply-To, CC, BCC, custom headers, and force From values.
  • Logging – Enable/disable logging, choose successes vs. failures, and log full content/headers.
  • Data Retention – Turn on cleanup and set maximum logs to store.
  • Security & Roles – Require authentication and select allowed WordPress roles.
  • Performance – Batch size, hourly rate limit, and queue controls.
